PAYMENT OPTIONS:
All major credit cards, except Discover, personal
checks "with a drivers license", and cash are accepted. Gratuity may not be
included on credit cards or check payments.
GRATUITY:
Gratuity is always appreciated, yet discretionary
and based upon the enjoyment of your spa or salon experience. You may choose to
directly tip your staff or opt to use the gratuity envelopes located at the
front desk. As stated earlier gratuity is a personal choice; however, industry
norm is anywhere from 15- 20%. Our front desk staff welcomes any gratuity
concerns.
APPOINTMENT:
should be made at least two days in advance to
guarantee specific time and operator. If making an appointment for package or
multiple services, call with at least one week notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please call to cancel or change an appointment
with at least 24 hours notice. If redeeming a gift certificate and the
appointment is not cancelled within the specified time, the gift certificate
will become invalid.
DEPOSITS:
For large parties (3 or more persons) with
multiple services, a deposit is required. Please inquire further.
